4. Dispute Resolution & Commercial Scope

HEMP1000 is strictly a Business-to-Business (B2B) commercial directory platform intended exclusively for commercial entities, registered enterprises, and professional agricultural operators. The service does not engage in consumer transactions. Contractual relations are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), with exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tallinn, Estonia. Note: The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was officially discontinued on 20 July 2025 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228.

This platform is hosted globally with primary EU data processing on Google Firebase Hosting (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland).
