Legally binding presale reimbursement terms

1. 14-Day Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European Union consumer and digital contract standards, purchasers may withdraw from their Founding Member advance purchase within 14 calendar days of transaction completion without stating any reason. If you exercise this right, we will refund all payments received within 14 days of receiving your notification.

2. Explicit Project Delay & Non-Delivery Guarantee

The public launch of the full HEMP1000 directory platform is targeted for January 2027 (Q1 2027).

🛡️ Full Refund Guarantee: If the official public directory launch is delayed by more than 90 calendar days beyond this targeted timeframe, or if the directory service cannot be delivered as described, any paid Founding Member has the absolute contractual right to request and receive a 100% full refund of the €99 fee.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under either the 14-day statutory withdrawal period or the 90-day project delay guarantee, simply email contact@hemp1000.eu with your Stripe receipt number or order email.

Refunds are issued directly back to the original payment method via the Stripe processing system.

4. Voluntary Profile Cancellation

A company may request removal or deactivation of their listing at any time by contacting our operations desk. Voluntary removal after the public directory has launched and service delivery has begun does not entitle the member to a prorated refund.
