1. Scope and Legal Character of the Service

These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial interactions, registrations, and presale advance purchases made through the HEMP1000 platform (operated under Code9 OÜ). HEMP1000 is exclusively a Business-to-Business (B2B) digital indexing, discovery, and commercial networking service connecting companies within the 27 European Union member states.

Advance Purchase Definition: The Founding Member payment (€99 excluding statutory VAT) represents an advance purchase of a future 12-month digital directory publication and promotion service. It does NOT constitute a financial investment, company equity, promissory instrument, loan, donation, or guaranteed sales pipeline.

2. Membership Tiers & Allocation Limits

Free Early Access (€0): Grants standard non-priority indexing upon public launch in one primary industry sector and one country.

Founding Member Tier (€99): Limited to strictly 1,000 verified and paid European enterprises. Enrolled businesses receive 12 consecutive months of premium directory placement, verified badge, multi-category indexing (up to 3 categories), showcase of up to 5 industrial products, and a direct inquiry contact module.

Service Term Commencement: The 12-month period for Founding Members starts strictly on the official public launch date of the directory (January 2027 (Q1 2027)), not on the date of checkout or advance payment.

3. Verification, Anti-Duplicate Safeguards & Anti-Fraud

Reaching the payment success return page does not constitute verified enrollment. Enrollment is validated only following reconciliation of payment through Stripe Dashboard and verification of company registration data. Each legal entity is entitled to strictly one Founding Member slot within the 1,000-seat quota. Duplicate submissions will be investigated and refunded if necessary.

4. Project Timeline & Delay Protections

In strict adherence to EU commercial law, the scheduled public launch target is January 2027 (Q1 2027). If the public launch is delayed by more than 90 calendar days past this schedule without published mutual extension, paid Founding Members may request an immediate 100% refund.

5. Regulatory Compliance & Cannabinoids

All listed products and member profiles must strictly comply with applicable European Union and national industrial hemp laws. The platform strictly prohibits listings, transactions, or facilitation of illegal or non-compliant narcotic substances.

6. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
